==New Theta==
After the ten-year suspension, a group of distinguished alumni returned to campus in an attempt to re-found the Theta Chapter. What they found was a house in disrepair and a group of five friends who were not interested in the current houses on campus.

	These five friends were Tim Janas, Michael Stefanini, Chris Burpee, Alan Deditch, and Derek Fok. These five individuals became the founders of the new Theta Chapter with the generous help of the alumni. Together, they worked to build the brotherhood back up and fix the house. The distinguished alumni Kent Worden, an architect, help provide crucial repairs to the structure of the main building to help it last for many more years, including a new support under the deck and repair of the house’s staircase. After spending years building back up, the house was officially recharted in 1999.

	Today, the Theta Chapter remains strong at RPI. With 26 active members as of 2024, the house has a distinct presence on campus and a dedication towards academic achievement and philanthropy. One the house’s largest events is its yearly St. Baldric’s charity event, where it raises money towards research for childhood cancer.
